Richard (“Rick”), now retired, began practicing law in 1975 and since 1980, his practice has been exclusive to immigration and nationality matters. His solo practice, the Law Offices of Richard S. Bromberg formed the foundation of the firm.

Rick taught immigration law at the Antioch School of Law in Washington, DC, where he supervised the immigration clinic. Rick has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University in Chicago. He is admitted to practice immigration law throughout the United States and belongs to the District of Columbia bar. Rick frequently publishes articles on immigration law and speaks publicly on immigration topics. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is Virginia State Coordinator for Amnesty International.
